The Rio Rancho Public Schools Board of Education has adopted the revised RRPS District Policy Manual. The new manual takes effect on July 1, 2018.
All policies take effect on July 1, 2018 except for Policy 1016, Dress Code, which will come back to the RRPS Board of Education for final action later in July.

Draft versions of all of the revised policies are posted below and under the "RRPS Board Pollicies" tab on the RRPS website. The new policies are being formatted, and throughout the summer the draft policies will be replaced with final formatted versions. An index is also being developed.
Until the new policies become effective July 1, 2018, the current RRPS policy manual remains in force and is available for public viewing here. The board thanks all those who provided input and comment during the process.
All meetings of the RRPS Board of Education are at 5:30 PM at the District Training Center, 500 Laser Rd. NE, unless otherwise noted. The public may sign up to comment prior to the beginning of the meeting.
Major policy changes are required to undergo a minimum of two readings (discussions) by the board before they become final.
